A new protocol is now available on Alientech KESS3. This new release allows tuning for the TCU Bosch DQ500 MQB. Which is fitted to the VAG group, especially the recent sporty versions of the Audi brand with transverse engine: Such as the Audi RS3, Q3 RS, and TT RS. And with the same kess3 protocol, you can tune and remap the Audi Q3, Volkswagen Tiguan, Teramont, and Passat automatic transmissions too. With the DQ500, the Volkswagen group affirms its ability in the field of dual-clutch automatic transmissions with its most advanced version for the MQB platform. The system is installed on Audi and Volkswagen vehicles with diesel and gasoline engines rated at 2.0 and 2.5 liters.

There are seven gears and a transverse engine on the DQ500 MQB, equipped with front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. With two oil bath clutches and primary and secondary shafts allowing even and odd gears to be managed, the DQ500 MQB can withstand a high maximum torque of 600Nm.

A five-cylinder Audi “RS” on the MQB platform is equipped with this transmission for sporty and reliable performance. Modifying parameters reduces shift times and increases gear change performance exponentially.
